Welcome to our branch website, as the sole recognised union for
purposes of collective bargaining within Derbyshire Police. UNISON represents all Police Staff
within the Derbyshire Constabulary. We negotiate for improved pay and
conditions, assist individuals in the workplace and campaign on behalf
of membership.
UNISON is the largest public sector union in the UK, representing a
1.4 million workforce, of which over 40,000 are police staff in the 43
Forces.
